The planned expansion of the production area covers 12,000 sq. ft. and is part of a $4.5 million investment in MINDA North America’s production capacity. With this move, MINDA is laying the groundwork to further drive its positive growth in the North American market and to strengthen its proximity to local customers and projects in the long term.

Robert Falch, Managing Director of MINDA Industrieanlagen GmbH and MINDA North America Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Charles Martin, President & CEO of MINDA North America, jointly kicked off the first phase of the expansion.

They were joined at the groundbreaking ceremony by the U.S. MINDA team as well as representatives from the Town of Granite Falls, the Caldwell Chamber, and Caldwell County Economic Development. The construction partners, Lackey Grading and Neill Construction, also attended the official project launch.

The expansion of the site marks another milestone in the development of MINDA North America. With additional production capacity, MINDA is strengthening its presence in the U.S. and laying the foundation for further sustainable growth.
